Schedule
AIST conference starts on Thursday, April 9 at 9:00 in the morning. The closing is scheduled to finish by 19:00 on Saturday, 11 April.
The authors with the plenary and industry talks this year will have 20, 30 or 40 minutes including questions. All the authors of sectional papers that will be published at the main and the supplementary volumes of the Conference proceedings will have 20 minutes including questions.
Due to big number of speakers and their requirements the timetable is permanently evolving.

Three Slides Marathon
The Three Slides Marathon will be held at Thursday, April 9 and Friday, April 10 from 6 to 7 pm.
Each participant of the marathon is asked to prepare a short 2-minute presentation with three slides or so and A1 vertical printed poster to communicate his or her research goals, ideas and results.

Language
Official languages of the conference are English & Russian. The choice of the language of presenting is up to the speakers.
We plan to accompany each foreign participant with a personal interpreter.
Proceedings
We follow the post proceedings publication model. Therefore, we will publish only those papers which are presented at the conference. Each author of proceedings will receive a special token from Springer Publisher, which allows free access to the papers.
Similarly, the supplementary volume of the proceedings (at CEUR) will be available soon after the conference.
Transport
There is a system of buses, trams, trolleys and subway in the city. The ticket costs 23 rub.
